1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 247Boostr ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
247Boostr provides three core services: (a) social media growth services — followers, likes, views and engagement across various platforms, resold via third-party marketing providers; (b) virtual phone numbers for SMS verification, rented from third-party number providers; and (c) an account marketplace where users can purchase pre-owned, verified social media accounts from third-party sellers. We act as a reseller and marketplace operator, not as the direct provider of these underlying services.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
4. Payments & Wallet
All orders are prepaid from your wallet balance. Deposits are non-refundable once used to place orders. Wallet top-ups are processed through our approved payment partners (PocketFi / Korapay).
5. Order Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party providers or platform-side restrictions. Partial deliveries may be refilled or partially refunded at our discretion.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity, including using it against platforms that prohibit growth services. You assume all risk for how engagement is applied to your content.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for orders that fail to deliver, at our discretion. Referral earnings and bonuses are non-refundable. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet, not to your original payment method.
8. Limitation of Liability
247Boostr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
